Webhook Integrations Guide

Set up changelog publish notifications to keep your team informed automatically. ChangeCrab currently supports publish notifications to Slack and Discord, with additional integrations documented separately.

• Microsoft Teams (limited support)

Setting Up Webhooks

General process:

1. Get webhook URL from your service
2. Go to Settings > Notifications
3. Enter webhook URL in appropriate field
4. Test the webhook
5. Save settings

Webhook Events

Webhooks are triggered when:

• A changelog entry is published for the first time

Update and delete events are not sent as standard changelog publish notifications in the current workflow.
