A few things before you move your list.
Can I preview my CSV before creating an account?
Yes. Upload your CSV on this page to see eligible addresses, duplicates, invalid rows, and inactive contacts. Confirm your permission here, then create your account. Your list follows you through signup and imports automatically once your changelog is ready, subject to your account’s capacity. Your preview stays available for one hour. Importing sends no emails.
Can I import subscribers from another changelog or email tool?
Yes. Export your opted-in product update subscribers as CSV, then preview the file here or upload it under Settings → Subscribers. You need an email or Email Address column. Optional name and status columns are supported.
Will importing send an email to my list?
No. Importing adds subscribers without sending welcome emails or replaying old updates. Future published updates follow your changelog’s notification settings.
What happens to duplicates and unsubscribed contacts?
Duplicate addresses are skipped, existing subscriber preferences are preserved, and contacts already unsubscribed in this changelog are not reactivated. If your CSV includes a status column, only subscribed or active addresses qualify. Export only contacts who opted in to product updates.
Is subscriber import available on the free plan?
Yes. Free accounts have 50 total subscriber slots. Premium and active trials have 1,000 by default across their changelogs. Your preview checks remaining capacity before you import. Contact us for larger lists.
What size CSV can I upload?
Upload a UTF-8 CSV up to 2 MB with up to 10,000 rows. Comma and semicolon separators are supported. Larger lists can be split into smaller files, subject to your account’s subscriber allowance.
