Privacy Settings and Access Control

Configure privacy settings and access control for your changelog. Choose between public and private access, and control who can view your release notes.

Privacy Options

Public Changelog

Public changelogs are:

• Accessible to anyone with the URL
• Indexed by search engines
• Shareable via social media
• Visible in RSS feeds

Private Changelog

Private changelogs are:

• Only accessible within ChangeCrab
• Not indexed by search engines
• Require login to view
• More secure for internal use

Configuring Privacy

To change privacy settings:

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Visibility
2. Select "Public" or "Private"
3. Save changes

Additional Security

For extra security, combine with:

• Password Protection - Add password requirement
• Custom Domain - Use your own domain
